By original purchaser, within 12 months of order in new condition, and accompanied by a packing list indicating quantity, discount received, and original invoice number. Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made within 30 days of shipment date. If original invoice number is not provided, credit will be issued at publisher's discretion (normally at maximum trade discount). Return permission is not required.
Delivery/Shipping Policy: Books are shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or DHL to recipients worldwide. Our warehouse is located in University Park, IL USA, and all shipments will originate from there. All regular orders will be sent by UPS or U.S. mail at the following rates:
Domestic (U.S. Only): $6.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book
Processing fees: For VISA, MASTER CARD, & DISCOVER = 2.20% of net + 0.25 per transaction; AMERICAN EXPRESS to come (not completely setup yet)
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for full refund – purchasers should call toll free customer service phone number
Privacy Policy: No information about purchasers will be disclosed to any third party. Information is used expressly for fulfillment of transactions. We will collect name and address, phone number, email address, credit card number, and expiration date for fulfillment of orders only. No follow up marketing information will be sent by post or email without purchaser's express permission
Price List: All current prices in US dollars will be published in a catalog and online, and they are subject to change without notice

Special Note: All customers of Wicker Park Press will be treated fairly and with the upmost courtesy. The phone numbers and email addresses for customer service are dedicated lines, and customers will talk to a real live person on the telephone, not be put on hold for a long time, or transferred to a different department. If the question cannot be answered on the line at the time of the customer inquiry, our customer service agent will get back to the customer within a reasonable amount of time.
